And I guess an argument could be made that not every relationship even lasts long enough to really make an impact - it's more of an overall sense that you are learning and growing from your relationships and not just jumping from one to the next with no growth. Some people may be okay with that, but I am looking to grow through relationships, so I look for partners with the same mindset.
