But it's why you don't see a bigger platform.
For example, my daughter has cystic fibrosis. It's hard to get money from fundraising for her disease because it only affects about 30,000 in the US and 70,000 worldwide. Meanwhile something like breast cancer that affects millions of women (and men!) raises millions of dollars every year at their fundraisers because everyone knows someone who has or has had or has died from breast cancer.
I see it being the same issue. Less men affected = less awareness of the issue. Not that it's less important, simply that it's not as widespread.
