Except in this case, I'm using the person's own words and threats of violence to ascertain how big of a risk they are.

It's simply that they generally state those ideas to other men in their sphere - words they'd never say in front of women - and I'm calling out the men who are in their circles to be aware of those who express a desire to rape or otherwise hurt women.

That's not propaganda, it's awareness.
