Having lived in both worlds, it's easy for me to say going to work every day is ALWAYS easier. No matter how difficult your job, you get to go home at the end of the night and have a break from it. Not so with parenting (at least not for SAHMs). Even if I was out and the kids were with a babysitter (which was rare anyway), I was still on call should ANYTHING come up.

So yes, obvious answer to anyone who has ever done it or seen it up close and personal.
