He brings home extra money that he spends on himself. He constantly has new $200 shoes, Childish brand clothing, Magic the Gathering cards, etc.

I'm telling you, this man does not want to be a father but has never admitted it to himself. He loves having the company of my daughter, but if the kids are around, he finds somewhere else to be. Often times he doesn't show up until after they've gone to bed.

He literally told my daughter last weekend that if they weren't going to go somewhere fun he was going into work because simply being at home parenting feels like a waste of time to him.

This all goes down in my home so I see it first hand, because we live as a multi-generational family, but it was no different when they had their own place. I know you'll defend him no matter what, but the fact is, he's dropped the ball completely as a father, and will likely regret it when his kids have no time for him when they're all grown up.
