I can see the similarities, but I do think women are much more forgiving of those things that come naturally with age. I, personally, like my man "fat and happy", a little chonk is nice to cuddle.

I suppose some men try to "fix" their balding, but I know plenty of women who are all about a shaved head. I'm sure men feel differently about these things - and they probably believe most women do as well - but in my experience, when a woman loves a man she loves him even if he's "let himself go".
