I definitely appreciate your view on abortion, but in actuality, my question is more trying to get at a man's deeply held beliefs about women in general. If a man believes a woman would abort an otherwise healthy fetus in the third trimester without major extenuating circumstances, he doesn't think much of women in general. If he is opposed to abortion in the third trimester it's likely because he doesn't understand that something is usually terribly wrong and it is a life-saving medical procedure at that point. I don't have the time or energy to explain such a basic concept to someone who simply hasn't cared enough to learn it for himself. So I'm also screening out those who don't feel like women's issues are important enough to at least understand on a basic level.
All medical care should be between the patient and their doctor - no legislation should ever be passed otherwise. I feel the same way about having to register for selective service. That program should be shut down ASAP.
Thank you for taking the time to read and respond!
