I did, and went out with a dozen or so, before realizing that half of them were seriously misrepresenting themselves, unable to express what they'd learned from previous relationships, and looking for a live in gf or wife - which I'm massively opposed to because of the life I've built myself, and the desire to never clean up after someone again.

That's when I truly understood why women in their 40s consciously choose the single life and never look back.
