I do understand the exercise and it's probably useful to someone who is super ambitious. Good for them! It takes all types!
But let me offer up my philosophy for consideration as well. Hustle culture is a trap. It fits right in with consumer culture - always needing more, never having enough.
The fact is, since I've practiced slow living, I'm much more happy and fulfilled, which in turn helps me be productive and intentional in the things I'm truly passionate about.
Planning every 10 minutes of my day would give me anxiety and make me miserable. Why would I do that to myself? Success will come to you as you are doing what you love and being intentional about it, not booking yourself solid to burn out.
I recommend looking into the benefits of slow living and hygge. And for the love of all that is holy - stop guilting yourself about what you're NOT accomplishing.
