I finally found a man who took amazing care of me. Did the chores, the cleaning, the cooking. But then I discovered he felt entitled to my time. All of it. And refused to allow room for my relationships with my children, grandchildren, and friends. So even a supposedly "woke" man was still not an adequate partner. I tried for 6 years to make it work because the emotional support was unlike anything I'd ever known, but in the end, it still wasn't worth the control he tried to exercise over my life. Truly a wolf in sheep's clothing.
