I follow @drmaryclaire on Instagram - she has absolutely amazing, helpful information. I've also read everything I can find about balancing hormones and all of the many symptoms we endure.

For me, I've found that regular exercise is the only thing that helps - but the fatigue that is such a huge part of peri makes it difficult.

I go whenever I can find the energy in the day. Sometimes it's right after I shower (which is annoying, but better to get the workout in), sometimes it's late at night. Most times I take a nap after work and then go. But either way, exercise helps to balance the hormones which helps with every single other symptom.

So yeah, do some reading, because we do not have to just keep suffering!
