I have read about the different types, but none seem to fit me, so I've mostly disregarded them in favor of learning how to treat my own symptoms. I have a DBT workbook that I am using, though I originally bought it for group therapy that never materialized.

I'm not sure if you are someone with BPD or know someone, but I also found a group with a TON of information online. I did a low cost trial, but did not have time to prioritize it at the time. But it did seem like it would be useful. https://integratebpd.com/
