I think the sad part is that a lot of men end up in relationships that they don't really want to be in because it's easier than just breaking it off - especially if it's "good enough" or at least there's sex. Women are guilty as well. Sort of a relationship created through convenience, rather than any real draw to be together.

And, of course, it's never fun to be rejected. But it's far worse to be in a relationship with someone who doesn't really like you or to be ghosted. I think we would all like the chance to find "our person" so if it's not you - then end it so we can find our actual person!

Sounds like it worked out and your wife to be told you what's what! lol.
