I'm not so easily offended, but did want to point out that the appeal of freedom is not having nothing to do, but rather the inherent choices that accompany it. Not having to work a 9-5 for a living is great, but so is simply have control of what we do choose to do with our free time.

It's a great article, offering a different perspective, but I don't know if there are truly cons to having freedom of choice.
