I'm pretty sure we've all known someone like this! Maybe it's a woman thing, but if I've been talking too much, I suddenly realize I'm dominating the conversation and immediately backtrack... "so anyway, what's going on with you?" I was yelled at often when I was young for being "too talkative", maybe somebody should have done the same for your coworker! lol
