It certainly wasn't on my list of questions for the Realtor... how often do people light fireworks in the neighborhood? It's certainly not something you would think to ask unless you've lived somewhere where it's out of control. It only recently became legal in Utah (2011) and only because tax dollars were going to Wyoming and Utah decided they wanted them instead.
