It seems like men aren't given much direction when it comes to picking a partner. Oftentimes it's simply whether or not she passes the attraction test. They don't realize that you should be able to talk with your gf the same way you talk with your buddies. You should feel like you can be your full self with her. And most of all you should make each other laugh. There are so many bad rumors circulating about how "hard" relationships are. Yes they take work, but they shouldn't be miserable, and I swear most of the men I know are miserable with their partners.
