It's a bit interesting to me that you single out Pete Buttigieg, a man, as having the argument that you resonate most with when there are many other women who have addressed the issue as a woman and whom it directly affects. Even this article mentions Elizabeth Warren and Kirsten Gillibrand as a women who have more robust plans.

Just an interesting observation. I'm guessing a man is often more swayed by another man's opinion. Likely the same for women with other women as well.

In the end, I ask the question to get to a man's core beliefs about women. I could have said - Do you trust women? But every man would have claimed to. This question evokes a visceral response that elicits an emotional response, especially in men who haven't fully considered the issue.

Thank you for reading and commenting!
