Luckily (?) I am no longer able to eat the junk foods. I grew up on them, but during perimenopause my body just doesn't process them well at all. It's prompted me to eat a much cleaner, healthier diet, which in turn has made me feel much better. I'm sad to hear that other countries are following our terrible example. Some of these foods should be banned as I'm sure they are basically just slow acting poison.
