Obviously the real answer is to balance out the power so that there is no white privilege, and everyone of every ethnicity can be on equal footing. However, this would (at the very least) require reparations to make whole those who were unable to acquire generational wealth due to the barbaric practice of slavery. It seems to make everyone squeamish to talk about, but I can't really see another way to attempt to make things fair.
