Once you've found the peace and freedom that is creating your own schedule, spending your money the way you want, and generally not including someone else in your day to day, it's really hard to go back to it.

I, too, tried dating again but ultimately realized that my life is full and happy as is. I live in a multi-generational home with my 4 adult children and 2 grandchildren. I don't have time or inclination to allow someone into that world with me. It sounds like you are the same.

Just wanted to let you know there are others out here who do not prioritize relationships and we're happy and thriving, as it sounds like you are.
