So many people have had similar experiences. I work around real estate and would love to have at least one multi-unit rental paid off before retirement. I feel like the appreciation and cash flow is greater and much more reliable than the stock market. But those are just my opinions as many in my comments have disagreed wholeheartedly with my assertions here lol.
