The biggest thing is having these conversations. I love that we are all learning to be a bit more honest and realistic about what we're looking for.

Especially now, as established as I am, I would be WAAAY more likely to have a relationship in which we just caught a movie or had dinner together once a week or whatever, but I found that most men are still looking for marriage - and I can only assume it's because as much as they want their freedom, they want a live in maid even more.

But let's keep addressing the issues - the underlying root issues - so that we can find some common ground.
