There is definitely a stigma about Cluster B personality disorders. But if we never talk about it then how can we learn more about it? And how can we ever hope to heal it?

It's hard for me, as a person, to realize that I have BPD from childhood trauma. Others developed narcissism to deal with theirs. And some people in the world will judge and hate us for literally being hurt as children.

But I acknowledge I can be a nightmare in relationships. It's why I've chosen not to participate in them. So maybe that's the difference. I am not trying to trick anyone. I'm simply trying to be a happy and healthy person.
