It's definitely an uncomfortable question. But more importantly, it's a question that no one can answer for another. Which is another point of the question. Each case is so individual, a bunch of dudes in Washington can't possibly answer it with broad strokes as they attempt to. The question is answered between a woman and her doctor.

And I think you'd be hard pressed to find a doctor willing to abort a healthy fetus in the third trimester, so it's almost irrelevant, other than they've made it so that women who need life saving abortions have limited access until they are on their death bed.
