This makes sense and I'm glad you shared it. The irony, of course, is the men who learn to control it are the ones getting all the sex. Because most of us do have a sexual appetite. It's just that when there is so much pressure around it, it is a huge turn off. I'm sure it's unfair for those men who have a higher sex drive (which I'm not convinced doesn't stem from trauma or abuse), but in the end, a woman can't force herself to want it when she is turned off by pressure (and other behaviors). In fact it gets to a point where we just see our partner as a predator - which definitely doesn't help matters.
