This may end up being the defining parenting issue of this generation. My daughter has done an amazing job limiting screen time for my grandkids, but she is also a stay at home mom.

Screens are such an easy babysitter, and as you mention, the more they watch, the more addicted they become. It takes a very deliberate parenting plan to make sure screens don't rule the house, which is definitely more difficult for exhausted working parents.
