What an absolutely bizarre thing to say. Of course there are "ugly" women. I think men just disregard them completely - meaning you don't even see them when they are standing in front of you.

But women are also much more likely to be clean and hygienic and wear clothes that suit them and/or do their hair and makeup to be flattering. But I can assure you that there are female equivalents to every male.
