Yes yes and yes! Lately I feel I've had to go with the flow a lot more. Perimenopause has wreaked havoc on my sleep... So taking a nap at lunch some days - yes! Taking an after work nap - yes! Going to bed at 10 but waking at 2 and reading for a bit - yes! I haven't heard of "go with the flow" but I've been practicing it out of sheer necessity.

I think it comes down to something you and I have discussed in previous posts which is basically just living life on our own terms. Trying to fit ourselves (or our children) into a box simply causes misery. It's okay to listen to our bodies and stop trying to force things in our lives to be a certain way.
