I haven’t always been diligent about working out.

It’s actually quite easy to NOT prioritize getting exercise.

However, I have entered every woman’s favorite time of life — perimenopause. I was suffering with so many symptoms that I started researching what could be done to stave off each one.

Almost without fail the internet told me that each and every symptom would be improved by regular exercise.

I finally got the message.

So now exercise is the one thing that I focus my energy on, to make sure it happens every day.

And I’ll be damned. It does work.

I used to have a lot of excuses

The biggest problem I had with getting to the gym revolved around the times I was most motivated.
